One subject intake. Two fronts: a PI's cross-index desk and a family's first-steps desk.
Tick what is true. This shapes the checklist below.
Police first. Everything else depends on that report existing.
The indexes don't take a pre-filled URL, so use Copy all fields and paste field by field into each site's own boxes without retyping.
Fill the subject and generate. Each card opens the live public index in a new tab; the query string is shown for pasting into the site's own search box.
The join is the product. One person often sits in three indexes under three spellings. Log each hit here and mark whether it is the same person. This table is what a client pays for.
